Prejudice

|
Prejudice is Persecution!!! The most damnable of all
violations of Justice! It destroys both parties, the ones selected to be punished,
to the uttermost farthing, and are "never" forgiven and those who are
"immune" from penalties, because of some assumed "position of nobility or
immunity". God is no respecter of persons! EVER!! Those who are singled out to be
prosecuted and punished, and declared as "unforgivable" eventually lose respect
for those who are called to administer the laws of a society EQUALLY to all members of
that society! This is so, because, when they then see "some elite" go unpunished
for the same or worse violations, they not only lose respect and confidence for those in
the "judgment seat", but eventually lose respect for the law and perhaps even
the Law Giver. Then that soul is lost!

On the other hand those who go unpunished or are
given only a "slap on the hand", and appear to be set free and given "all
their blessings", to their condemnation, awaken on the other side of the veil and
find that their penalties still await them there.

|
They will then realize that they have been
DECEIVED and robbed of their real blessings, and that they have also been deprived of
their mortal opportunity to repent and have the Atonement of the Savior provide it’s
full effect for them. They will have been cheated out of the privilege of feeling His Love
and His Strength, in their lives, that was there to help them overcome their mortal
weaknesses. They will then realize it is "eternally too late", and
that soul
is also lost
!!

Heavenly Father is "no respecter" of
persons! For it is written " if ye have respect to persons, "YE COMMIT SIN"
and are convinced of the law as transgressors!!" James 2: 8 – 9

When the perverted process of Prejudice (Persecution) is imposed upon a society, the entire body of that society
suffers it’s consequences. Both the punished and the "immune parties" are
lost and indeed all the members of that society eventually loose confidence in the
perpetrators of such abominations and perversions of the ways of the Lord. Such unjust
administrators are responsible for those who leave, because of their lose of confidence in
the law and for those who pervert the law. They become responsible for the
Death of every soul so unjustly dealt with.

Such "Judges" will also be held
responsible for those who die in their sins believing that they were "immune"
from the penalties of the law. It is a grievous sin to kill the body, but how much greater
sin is there in destroying an eternal soul? May God help all who are honored to sit in the
seat of judgement or as lawgivers to adhere to the perfect LAW OF LIBERTY.

Of all the violations of justice and of all the abuses of authority (Unrighteous Dominion)
and perversions of the Constitutionally Guarenteed Rights and Freedoms for God’s children,
Prejudice, is the capstone of corruption. It is the heart of the secret
combinations had of old, by Lucifer and Cain. It can be seen as another imposition of a
type of Prejudice, wherein Potiphars’ wife, was believed in her
false accusations over that of the word of righteous Joseph’s, because of her
position as a member of the "elite’s" family, as opposed to Joseph’s
position as a servant in the family household. In Prejudice, "the elite
are ALWAYS right" and "ALWAYS tell the truth". The peons are never right.
The allegations made by the members of the secret combinations are never questioned! The
peons "always lie"! Where are Joseph’s judges and accuser today?

These consistent violations of justice by
Prejudice have been continued throughout history by the secret combinations
such as the priests of Baal who stole the ordinances from the Solomon’s temple, and
the Herodians, Sadduces and Pharisees, at the time of Christ, whose false accusations were
believed by the other members of the secret "Brotherhood" and were used against
the Savior, which no one dared question. Members of the Brotherhood were also sent out
amongst the people to stir up public opinion for Barabas over the Savior of the World.
These secret combinations have been carried over into our day by Lucifer's control of
political and ecclesiastical leadership positions. It comes from the pits of Hell and is
the mainspring of corruption of all governing bodies to this very hour.

"None but fools trifle with the souls of
men." Prejudice, not only trifles with the souls of men but it is
designed to utterly destroy them and it will ultimately destroy any society that allows
such perversions of the law to get power over them.

|
The members of these corrupt combinations
secretly covenant amongst themselves to prosecute and persecute all others who are not in
the oath and covenant with them and ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO RESIST THEIR TYRANNY
and
all their corrupt principles of justice. It is the weapon with which tyrants keep their
subjects in bondage.
By these covenants those in the secret combinations agree to hide
each others sins and those of their family members, through their secret oaths and mutual
agreement with hell and covenant with death as clearly identified in the Bible.

The people (peons) are held to the very
letter of the law. They are persecuted, prosecuted and penalized to the uttermost demands
of the law. They themselves (the elite) held themselves, their families and their
associates in the combination, above the law and declared themselves immune from the
penalties and responsibilities of the law.
Prejudice in our day is
"unrighteous dominion"
and a perversion of the ways of the Lord and
a continuation of the secret combinations of old.

The purpose of Prejudice is to get
gain and to have power over the souls of the children of men.
It is the continuation of
Lucifer’s government, which we fought against in the pre-mortal war, which must be
resisted at all costs, even unto the death, while here in our mortal probation.

| Article 2:The Right to Face our accusers

Then both the men,
between whom the
controversy is
, shall stand before the LORD, before the priests and the judges, which
shall be in those days;
|

And the judges shall make diligent inquisition:
and, behold, if the witness be a false witness, and hath testified falsely against his
brother;
|
|
Then shall ye do unto him, as he had thought to
have done unto his brother: so shalt thou put the evil away from among you.
|

|
The main purpose is to insure that the people have the opportunity to face their accuser and that none should be tried
in absentia, that is, that they must be present when any accusation is heard, for, that
hearing of ANY accusation constitutes a trial and in any such trial the accuser must face
those who he accuses, lest their be false accusers.

|
Another Biblical standard set early in history
was "Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor and later Christ said,
''Speak no evil of any man.' This precept was carried on to the time of King Arthur and
the Knights of the Round Table whose standards were similar for part of their oath of
Chivalry was "listen to no evil of any man unless he is present to defend
himself."

This principle of honor has been found in all
generations among moral societies and was written into our Constitution. We have the right
to face our accusers and the right to a jury trial before our peers where those accusers
must also appear so that the accusations and accusers might be weighed in the balance.

|
In earlier times if a person was found to be a
false accuser, he or she was sentenced to the same penalty as the accused would have
received had he been found guilty. Such standards are upheld in a Constitutional Republic
and other moral societies.

|
In the Soviet Union and other nations under the
rule of the anti-Christ, stations with direct lines to Communist headquarters are found
every few blocks throughout the country. Anyone may use these phones to call in reports on
any other person in the country. The accuser is not required to give his or her name or
any other means of identification. The accused person is subsequently picked up for
questioning and never knows who made the accusations or what the accusations were.

If proper answers are not given by the accused in
such cases, imprisonment or even death is the penalty. Any moral person can see the
injustices in such dealings. We can see the degenerate condition we find our nation in
today, for in every town and city in every state in the Union we see signs stating,
"CRIME WATCH. If you have any information on child neglect or abuse, drug abuse, wife
beating, or any other suspected crime call such and such a number. It is not necessary to
give your name or to identify yourself in any way." And we as a nation have allowed
such perversions of justice without a word of protest.

We have been robbed of our birthright because we
have lost contact with truth....the Lord says, "Ye shall know the truth and the truth
shall make you free."....we are not free, so apparently we must not know the truth.
We have lost these basic concepts of government. That is why we must share these simple
precepts with others.

|
These truths are not taught in the
schools...."Heaven" forbid that government schools should teach us that we have
this much power or that they have usurped that power from us. They don't want us to know
they have taken it illegally. Jefferson said that once a liberty is lost to a tyrant, the
only way it can be gotten back is by bloodshed. Never has a tyrant relinquished power
voluntarily.

Let's take the law of bankruptcy for instance. It
is a part of our constitutional system. Let's look at the basic principle behind it. The
law of bankruptcy is based upon an ancient biblical law called the Law of Jubilee. The Law
of Jubilee provided that if a man went into debt and/or was in servitude to his fellow man
because of the debt, or his property had been confiscated as payment for that debt, there
was a way out for him. At the end of every forty-nine years all debts were forgiven and
all indentured property was returned to the original owners. That way no family or tribe
ever lost its inheritance.

Our modern law of bankruptcy is based upon the
same principle. Let's suppose that we go into debt beyond our capacity and we find
ourselves short financially. We end up with less than we thought we could produce and we
can't meet our obligations. We apply to the bankruptcy court, and we say we have so much
money and so many debts and the court asks us to take all our money and divide it equally
among all our debtors. We may pay twenty cents or fifty cents on the dollar or what ever
we can. We then say, "We need to be forgiven for the rest of the debt" and the
court says, "O.K., pay what you can pay and the rest will be forgiven."

The real law that it is based upon is the Law of
Redemption. The day will come when we will all go before a bar, with a really honorable
and just Judge, and we'll say we have accumulated so many debts. We'll acknowledge that we
have hurt that brother's feelings or we have hurt that woman who put her trust in us or we
have violated some law or we have done this or that wrong. We have gone back and tried to
make amends.... we have gone back and apologized and tried to make everything right that
we could, but we come up short because there are some things we just can't make right.
Then the Great Judge will say, "Well, my friend I will forgive that because you have
made every effort that you could....go and sin no more."

That is what the Law of Redemption is all about.
We have it because there was someone, a Savior or Redeemer, who was willing to pay the
additional price that we could not.

|
The Law of Bankruptcy is a divine principle that
the Founding Fathers understood. They wrote it into the Constitution to be used
righteously; they did not intend for it to be abused as it often is today. But that is
where it comes from. We must go back and understand those things....we must find the
Foundation Stones of common law based upon God's law which gave us the principles to
establish the greatest nation on earth. That's why we have been successful for 200 years
we have been the most powerful and beautiful nation on earth.
